Return Conditions
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping cost is generally borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
• Refunds are made to your original payment method.
• Refund amount includes the product price and original standard shipping cost where required by law.
• Processing refunds may take up to 14 days after we receive the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
